The hotel is reasonably clean, has views of the lake. The venue staff is AFFABLE and amicable. You can have coffee and tea with your breakfast if you want to. The location is wonderful, close enough to nature, and Turkey, we really enjoyed it. Every time we stay in Sapanca, like to stay here.
